2. Nature of Business and Role of DITC LLC
DITC LLC operates the website www.ditc.io as an offshore fintech platform. DITC LLC provides technology, marketing, onboarding, and customer-support services in connection with financial and banking services. DITC LLC is not a bank and does not itself accept deposits, extend credit, hold, route, or control client funds.
All regulated banking and financial services referred to on www.ditc.io are provided exclusively by DITC LLC’s licensed partner institutions. DITC LLC works with a range of regulated banking, payment, and crypto-asset service providers and engages the most suitable licensed partner for each service, depending on the client profile, currency, and jurisdiction. DITC LLC acts solely as an agent and marketing intermediary of these licensed partner institutions and is not a party to any banking, payment, or deposit contract between you and a partner institution.

2.2 Important Consumer Notice – Regulatory Status
DITC LLC’s partner institutions are licensed by offshore financial authorities. Such offshore licensing bodies are not recognised as banking or financial-services authorities by the European Banking Authority (EBA), the European Central Bank (ECB), the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), or the US federal banking agencies. An offshore licence does not constitute authorisation to provide banking, payment, or deposit-taking services in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or the United States of America.
Deposit Protection: Client funds and crypto-assets held through our partner institutions are not covered by the US Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), or any EU deposit-guarantee scheme. There is no investor compensation scheme applicable to these services.
Exclusion of US Persons and No EU/UK Promotion: The services offered on www.ditc.io are not available to US Persons. “US Person” means any citizen of the United States of America, any person holding a US permanent resident card (Green Card), any person resident or domiciled in the United States of America (including any of its states, territories, or possessions), and any legal entity organised or incorporated under the laws of the United States. By accessing or using www.ditc.io you represent and warrant that you are not a US Person. DITC LLC and its partner institutions reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access and services immediately upon determining that a user is or has become a US Person.
In addition, DITC LLC does not actively market or promote services to residents of the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom. Residents of those jurisdictions who choose to access www.ditc.io do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for verifying whether use is lawful in their country of residence.
2.3 Cooperation Basis
DITC LLC cooperates with each licensed partner institution under a written White-Label Service and Cooperation Agreement. A copy is made available to competent regulators on request and, on reasoned request, to a data subject or client to the extent necessary to verify the parties’ roles.
3. Content, Promotions, and Disclaimers
Content published on www.ditc.io is prepared with reasonable care and is intended to be fair, clear, and not misleading. All content is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any decision to apply for, or use, any financial or crypto-asset service.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. DITC LLC has no control over the content of those websites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from their use.
5. Intellectual Property
Trade marks, logos, software, text, and graphics published on www.ditc.io are owned by or licensed to DITC LLC. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited. A list of active trade-mark registrations is available on request from legal@ditc.io.
6. EU Digital Services Act Contact
For the purposes of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065), the single point of contact for authorities and recipients of the service is dsa@ditc.io. Language of communication: English. Notice-and-action requests relating to intellectual property should be sent to legal@ditc.io.
7. Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution

For consumers habitually resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence may additionally apply, and nothing in this Notice prevents such consumers from bringing proceedings in the courts of their home state.
