Payments & Settlement Beyond Borders. Built for Ambition.
Cross-border merchant acquiring, specialist payment processing, and USDT settlement — compliant infrastructure for complex business models that need more than a standard gateway.
D.I.T.C. LLC provides technology and infrastructure only. It holds no financial licence and at no time holds, receives, routes, or controls client or merchant funds. All fund holding, settlement, payouts, and rolling reserves are performed by SENDORA INC., an Alberta (Canada) corporation registered as a Money Services Business with FINTRAC (MSB Registration No. C100000575). Registration is not a licence and implies no government endorsement. Funds held by Sendora Inc. are not deposits and are not covered by the CDIC, FDIC, FSCS, or any EU deposit-guarantee scheme. Merchant Acquiring
Payment Processing Built for Complex Models.
Multi-currency flows, cross-border customers, subscription and marketplace structures — many business models outgrow a conventional gateway. DITC.io provides cross-border merchant payment infrastructure built for those models, combining card-acquiring integration with crypto-native payout options and underwriting that looks at the business rather than a category label.
Multi-Network Card Acceptance
Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB with 3D Secure 2 authentication across 150+ countries. Card acquiring and scheme access are provided by third-party acquirers upstream; DITC provides the gateway, routing, and integration. Volume-based MDR rates adapt to your transaction throughput, rewarding growth with better economics.
Twice-Weekly Settlement
Settlement is executed by Sendora Inc. as Settlement Entity, twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays, four days after the relevant batch closing date, with a daily operational cut-off at 16:45 UTC. Payouts are made in USDT — ERC-20 by default, or another approved network where agreed. Settlement instructions are locked in your signed Merchant Schedule and remain yours to control.
Specialist Underwriting
Nutraceuticals, digital goods, gaming, travel, crypto-related services, subscription models, and other specialist categories are assessed individually under enhanced due diligence. Each approval is documented and limited to the website, product set, and geography reviewed.
Transparent Rolling Reserve Model
A rolling reserve of 8% of gross processed volume applies as standard, with each withheld tranche eligible for release 90 days after the relevant settlement date. The reserve is held by Sendora Inc. and may be adjusted where your risk profile requires it. Your reserve profile is confirmed in your signed Merchant Pricing Schedule.
⚑ Complex business models assessed individually — subject to compliance review and underwriting.
Crypto Settlement
USDT Payouts. Wired Into the Core.
Card volume in, stablecoin out. Merchants approved for processing receive their settlement in USDT on a verified wallet under their own control, on a fixed twice-weekly cycle, with every address screened through blockchain analytics before a payout is released. Crypto settlement is not an add-on here — it is the default payout rail.
USDT Settlement for Merchants
Merchant settlement is paid out in USDT (Tether) — ERC-20 by default, or another approved network where agreed in your Merchant Pricing Schedule. Blockchain fees, network availability, and compliance screening apply.
Executed by the Settlement Entity
All payouts are executed by Sendora Inc., an Alberta (Canada) corporation registered as a Money Services Business with FINTRAC (MSB Registration No. C100000575). DITC provides the platform, reporting, and reconciliation tooling, and at no time holds, receives, routes, or controls merchant funds.
Verified Payout Wallets
Payout wallets must belong to your company, be verified before activation, and be registered in Annex C of your agreement. Any change of settlement wallet is subject to re-verification before the next payout is released.
AML-Compliant Crypto Operations
All cryptocurrency transactions are screened through Chainalysis blockchain analytics. Wallet addresses are checked against sanctions lists, fraud indicators, and financial-crime patterns. This ensures that crypto settlement meets the same compliance standards applied to card processing.
Crypto settlement isn't an afterthought — it's wired into the core.

Compliance Boundaries
Where We Don't Go.
We take on business models that need genuine underwriting rather than a category check. That only works if the line is drawn somewhere real and held without exception. Two categories are closed: the jurisdictions below, and the activities below. Neither is negotiable, and neither has a price at which it becomes acceptable.
Restricted Jurisdictions
We do not onboard merchants established in, owned from, or directed from these jurisdictions, and traffic originating there is blocked at the gateway.

Separately, services are not available to US Persons. The list is reviewed continuously and is in places deliberately broader than the minimum required by any single sanctions regime.
Prohibited Activities
Never accepted, at any price, under any risk configuration, and irrespective of licensing or jurisdiction.
- Sanctioned persons, entities, and jurisdictions, and any structure designed to evade sanctions
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, and the proceeds of crime
- Child sexual abuse material, and any sexual content involving minors
- Human trafficking, forced labour, escort services, and prostitution
- Narcotics, controlled substances, and prescription drugs sold without a licence
- Weapons, ammunition, and explosives
- Counterfeit, replica, and IP-infringing goods

Specialist is not the same as prohibited. Nutraceuticals, licensed gambling, adult, crypto, subscriptions and other regulated sectors are accepted case by case, subject to enhanced due diligence and written approval for a specific website, product set, and geography.
